Announcement - exciting news about my newsletter!

As of today, I am offering the option of paid subscriptions to my newsletter. Don’t worry, free subscribers will still get the same newsletter content - I am not charging for it! But, so many people have expressed the wish to support my efforts to educate people about herbal medicine, that I have come up with a plan…. I’ll give subscribers free books!

On Monday, I will release two new books. One will be on Medicinal Weeds and Grasses (380+ pages of herbal info on plants that are usually overlooked and underappreciated), and the other will be the story of my conversion to Catholicism. As these are likely of interest to two entirely different audiences, I would like to offer the choice of either book as an eBook to anyone who purchases a paid subscription of 1 month. Normally, I sell the eBooks for $9.99… but, the subscription is only $8.00 a month, so this a savings exclusively for my subscribers. I will continue to send my eBooks as they are released to monthly subscribers.

For those who purchase an annual subscription, I will send my new eBooks and any of the older books they request. I have now written 11 books, so the annual subscription also offers a savings.

Substack also offers a “Founder” option for those who would really like to support my work. Anyone who chooses that option will receive all of the above plus a signed paperback book of their choice, that I have written.

All paid subscribers will also receive significant discounts on all the herbs that I harvest or wild craft and am able to dry for sale each year…. and probably some other thank you gifts that I will think of as we go along.
