Great stuff as always Judson, though I must add that theplant ID apps require additional confirmation and not blind acceptance, when identifying unknown plants.

I had Feverfew in a pot in the Garden.

I knew it was Feverfew, but wanted to confirm it before I gave it to someone.

I used a plant ID app to check.

It told me it was Hemlock.

Probably about as wrong as it could be.

I hate to think of the consequences if it identified actual Hemlock as Feverfew, or Queen annes Lace.

Water Dropwort is possibly even worse, looking like Coriander, Parsley or even Parsnips, to the unwary.
