Herbal Medicine is certainly my passion but as most of you know, my interests are somewhat wide-ranging. Beginning this month I have decided to make short video tutorials on various homesteading-related skills and hobbies. My priority will be to make videos to accompany my cookbook, the Omnivore’s Guide to Home Cooking. These will include kitchen skills, cooking, gardening, foraging, butchery, fermenting, wine making, baking, etc. I am also starting a series on Green Wood Working (from felling trees to carving bowls and spoons, making rustic furniture, etc.), one on tying useful knots for the homesteader, woodsman and angler… and, by popular request, a series on how to play the guitar (and maybe a few other instruments). I will also be making new videos on Herbal Medicine as spring comes in. All of these videos are free, so please share them with friends and family who may be interested. I am working out a few bugs with volume issues (new phone), but I think I have just about got that worked out. Anyway, I am having fun making these and I hope you all enjoy them - Happy Saturday!

Thanks!
I would be interested in materials and methods of fruit/flower wine making. Australia has heaps of native fruits and edible flowers to use for these, but I've not looked into it too much yet.
