I never understood why Kudzu wasn't harvested instead of poisoned by weed killer, even if it was only harvested for alcoholics. I never knew about how large and useful the roots were or about the flowers. Very interesting!
It is an extremely useful plant for food, medicine, fiber and hay. People need to just start using it instead of spraying it.
