All of your writings intrigue me to know end as I share in so many of your interests. I was curious, have you written anything on Stevia?

Thanks! I have not yet written on stevia... I will.

I’m interested because I tend to get adverse reactions whenever I use stevia. Thank you!

Some do. Perhaps an alternative would be better. Why do you use stevia? I'm not a fan due to the flavor. If I want sweet, I want dark sweet like molasses and honey.

I was just working at monitoring my blood sugar and trying stevia & monk fruit sweetener. Not that I enjoyed either one of them.

Molasses seems to have less impact on blood sugar - have you looked into that?

I do like molasses. Just never think to use it often I suppose.

Oops, I forgot to mention that while there are a ton of herbs that help, the combo of parsley with mallow and either skullcap or viburnum is probably the best I know of.

Thank you so much!

It is effective, but perhaps a bit more extreme that parsley and other more subtle herbs.

And that should have said “treat,” not “tree at.” Typing on my phone. What other herbs have been used for kidney stones? I didn’t realize parsley was on the list, but I think celery is.

I'll get a list together for you. Parsley is among the best. THere are several.
