There is no sign up that I am aware of. You should be able to listen to it on any podcast streaming platform or go directly to spreaker and just hit play.
I had this issue last week. I believe there is some kind of upload delay, between when Judson hits "send" and his podcast is fully uploaded to Spreaker. I found if I listen a few hours after, or the next day, the "Sign In to Listen" message disappears.
